Starting

Before your first class

Do I need any experience?

No. Choose any scheduled class as your first class, free, and tell us you have not trained before when you book. The coach will know before you arrive.

Am I too old to start?

Starting later can change recovery and pacing, but it does not stop you learning. Tell us your training history and any physical limitations when you book; we will pair you thoughtfully and adjust the pace.

What should I wear?

Wear shorts or leggings and a rash guard or close-fitting athletic shirt. Avoid zippers, pockets, jewelry, and anything sharp. Bring water.
