Find us at 3365 W Hospital Ave, Suite H, Chamblee. A coach will show you the room, explain the mat rules, and ask about your experience and any injuries.
The coach teaches one position or movement to everyone. You receive the same technical detail as experienced members, with more explanation and a slower pace where you need it.
You drill the movement under supervision. Live practice follows, scaled to your experience. For a first-timer, that means controlled work with a partner selected deliberately.
Sunday 2:00–3:30pm is the free class. Weekdays follow the AM, 6pm, and 7pm schedule.
