Terms of use.
Last updated September 17, 2026. These terms govern the Apex Jiu-Jitsu Atlanta website, Apex Member, and the Sparfora owner workspace operated by APEX BJJ USA CORP. Membership purchases, waivers, academy rules, and any separately signed agreement also apply.
Accounts and access
Use accurate information, protect sign-in links and devices, and use only the account and gym access assigned to you. Tell the academy promptly if you believe access has been compromised. Sparfora is the product name for the owner workspace. It is not a separate contracting entity.
Existing members open the Apex Member portal. Do not pay again to reach an account you already have.
Bookings and memberships
Class and intro availability can change. Membership pricing, renewal dates, pause or cancellation rules, refunds, and access periods are shown during signup or governed by your signed membership agreement. A request is not complete until APEX BJJ USA CORP confirms it.
Payments
Online membership payments use Stripe Payment Links for APEX BJJ USA CORP. Lite and Unlimited first charges and monthly amounts are shown on Pricing. Do not send card data in messages or ordinary forms.
Cancelling a membership vs deleting an account
Membership cancellation and account deletion are different. Cancellation stops future Stripe charges. Account deletion removes sign-in access and is described in the Privacy Policy.
To cancel, email [email protected], call +1 470-230-3889, or speak to the front desk. We confirm the request in writing. Access continues through the period already paid unless we confirm a different end date. Cancellation does not delete your account.
To delete an account, send a separate request through the same contacts or Apex Member under Account if that screen is available. We send written confirmation after we verify it, then complete deletion of account-access records within 30 days. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel an active membership.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, scrape private data, impersonate another person, or use the system unlawfully.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but may suspend it for security, maintenance, outages, or legal reasons. We may update these terms and will post the current effective date here.
